Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped organic celery
1/2 cup chopped organic carrots
1/2 cup chopped organic onion
2 cloves garlic
6 chicken thighs
1 container bone broth, chicken broth or vegetable broth
1 tbsp olive oil
himalayan salt, pepper, italian seasoning to taste
Directions:
Add olive oil to large pot. Add celery, carrots and onions. Saute until soft. Add garlic. Add chicken thighs skin down to brown. Add broth and water to cover chicken. Cover and put on low heat to cook chicken through.
