By booking an appointment using my on-line scheduler you agree to the following:

I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Jo Homar from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s). Jo Homar makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy or relevancy, of information.

Session Booking, Cancellation and Change Policy

All sessions are booked via my easy to use online scheduler. Easily find a convenient date/time that works in your schedule without playing phone tag.

In-Person sessions require a credit card at the time of booking via our secure online booking system but will NOT be charged in advance unless you select the option to pay in advance. You may pay cash or via credit card at time of service. Remote sessions require payment at time of booking.

If you cancel or change your appointment more than 48 hours in advance there is no penalty and your charge card will not be billed. If you paid in advance, your session fee is refundable if desired.

If you cancel or change your appointment less than 48 hours in advance your charge card will be billed for full session amount. If you prepaid, your session fee is forfeited and no refunds will be given. No changes are permitted less than 48 hours in advance so you'll need to cancel your session and then purchase a new session in order to make any changes.

If you are late for an in-person or remote session you will receive the remainder of your scheduled time at the full session price. Your session will not be pro-rated.

Jo reserves the right to refuse to see a client for any reason.

Class Cancellation and Payment Policy

All classes are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Class size is limited and are very popular with instructor Jo Homar. To guarantee your place, we recommend you register as soon as possible in advance of the class.

 

Registration for a group class provides you with the option to pay in full or to pay a deposit of half the class fee at the time of registration. Registration for a one-on-one class requires payment of full tuition at the time of registration.

If you need to change or cancel your attendance, please use the change/cancel button on your email confirmation to do so through the online scheduler to avoid cancellation penalty.

 

If you cancel your registration more than 30 days in advance of the class, any tuition and/or deposit paid is fully refundable less $50 fee.

 

If you cancel your registration between 30 days and 7 days before your class begins your deposit/tuition paid is non-refundable and can be applied to the cost of a future class. The future class must begin within one calendar year of original class or all tuition paid is forfeited.

 

If you cancel your registration less than 7 days in advance of your class all deposit and tuition paid is non-refundable and forfeited.

 

No shows receive no refund of any prepaid tuition.

Online Training: because of instant access to your online training there are no refunds for online training.
