I LOVE Chocolate!
Looking for something without tons of sugar found in most chocolates?
This is for you. My husband's favorite!
1 cup cocoa butter
1 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup almond butter
Melt 1 cup cocoa butter in a double boiler. Add 1 tsp honey. Once melted, remove from double boiler and add 1 cup cocoa powder, chopped almonds, vanilla extract and 1/4 cup almond butter.
Pour into mini cupcake tin and refrigerate.
