Are You Ready?

Are you ready to step into the brighter version of yourself? Yes you, you can do it! Start by doing a recap of last month, last year, heck why not of last week. Give yourself credit and a pat on the back to acknowledge your efforts and successes. It is all a part of your growth and it needs to be acknowledged and celebrated in a way that works for you. For me, even what may seem to someone else as a simple achievement I give myself a "good job Jo" when I feel I've accomplished something. Also take the time to evaluate what you would like to improve on or a way you could of handled a situation differently. Set realistic goals for a time period. I was just sitting in front of my vision board and had an oh shit moment when I realized I didn't put a date or time period to my items listed. It now says, in black sharpie, 2019 intentions! Your goals and intentions are all well and good to look at and to say out loud but what is often forgotten is ACTION STEPS. Next to each of your goals it is best to write a list of actions steps needed to accomplish each of your goals.

Set your intention and take regular action steps to get you to where you want to be.

My husband Howard reminds me by saying "get out of your comfort zone". Getting out of your comfort zone allows new opportunities to arise so you can achieve what you desire in the coming week, months and year.

Use long range and short range goals. By taking this approach you receive a sense of accomplishment as you check items off your list.
